Absolutely awful. Almost 2 weeks ago my mom was scheduled to have this company come in and take care of her wound after surgery. They don't call. They don't show up. She's seen them twice. And on days they were supposed to show up they haven't. Absolutely zero communication.
If i could give this company a negative 0 x5 I would. I am surprised they haven't killed someone (if they haven't already). This company along with its staff are the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. From the nurses not caring to the head staff not returning calls. I have a call into them since 9.11 and yet no phone call. My mother has dementia and diabetes, they come in for 5 minutes and when they leave, they dont even shut the front door, leaving the door wide open for a dementia patient to jus... read more
