Bought a 2026 corolla hybrid , went in for my first service appointment and i got the Worst customer service at the service department by one extremely rude person when asking about installing a hood deflector and when I called left a message to the manager to address the issue to address the issue she didnt even bother calling back.**below owner says they will reach out but as if july 24th 4 weeks later still didn't, its all for optics**
I wish I can put 0 stars. The only good service I received, was when they wanted to grab our money. Once we got sucked in, very poor service. I do not recommend. Horrible customer service. So many regrets. P.S .: Dont make them force you into giving them a 5 star just so that they could keep a job. Quoted by our car salesperson
