Had an emergency root canal and was taken in last minute with no prior appointment. Dr Bakos was very reassuring that my pain would be gone soon, definitely a HUMAN FIRST and dentist second. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody. Her staff was also extremely pleasant and courteous, just like her.
Dr. Bakos is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is very friendly and she explains all of your options fully. I would highly reccomend her.
I had always been nervous about having dental work done. Especially root canals, considering the horror stories you hear about them. But Dr. Bakos was extremely careful to make sure I was nothing but absolutely comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I have had no pain since having it done. I cannot recommend Dr. Bakos highly enough, she was absolutely excellent.
Dr. Bakos, her nurse, & Chris who greeted me when I came in were all excellent. All of them were very pleasant & friendly! I was very impressed by their knowledge! Everything was explained to me in great detail! The procedure went well & I had no lasting pain effects. The only pain I had was minimal pain in my lower jaw by having to keep my mouth open! I was super impressed.
Dr. Guglielmo lacks communication skills. She never introduced herself or explained what she intended to do. Without speaking to me, she took her dental tools and started pounding on my lower back molars in a forceful manner. The pain was terrible and tears were in my eyes. She stopped after several minutes. Never spoke and left the exam room.
