I was Ildi’s client twice. First when I bought my property, second, 6 years later when I sold it with her. When I was buying ( first time buyer) she fought for me to have my offer accepted, even when the seller accepted another offer she didn’t give up and did some magic to have the seller change their mind and to accept my offer instead.
