Joe was great! He made the process so easy for us
This was my first visit to this location. It was clean with pleasant staff members. The waiting area wasn't as pleasant as the Greensboro and Kernersville locations without a television or great seating. My dissatisfaction was with the prices for service being 25% at least higher than the other locations and the fact that the technician did not reset my digital oil reader on the instrument cluster panel. Mike Smith was amazing. Not just a salesman, fortunately he’s a retiree from Jeep itself. Had no problem answering any question I had about any vehicle.
