2023 review: I would recommend. They always do a good job servicing my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Jeep wave provides me with a rental. Ilderton Dodge has my vote. April 18th 2024-With a very busy schedule, I was apprehensive during my recall, when to do this and how long will this take. Jessisca helped get a loaner, and Bobby and the other service staff helped to get my Jeep in one day and out the very next. No hassle. They took care of all the minor details. Bobby, one of the service staff, noticed that my tags were near expiration and asked if I wanted the car inspection taken care of at that time. I went in to have my oil changed on my Wrangler. Bobby is the service department was a great help with the oil change. They just happened to have the exact truck I was going to buy at some point on the lot. Took it for a test drive and Salesman Ron Owens was great. The rest of the staff Patience, Oliver, and Randolph we a great help with the process also. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Ilderton and both experiences have been great.
