I originally had a review for 2 stars. And it was specifically for availability over a 5-6 month period. Not for quality. ****I was off work today and swung by. I was able to get in, and once again, I love my brows. Ila let me know her schedule for May, which should prevent any issues. She does an excellent job, and although threading is painful, she is quick and does an amazing job.

These two stars are not anything to do with quality. It's everything to do with availability. In 7 months, I have come to the shop 6 times during the hours listed. The first time I got in easily and had the best service ever. And loved my brows. I have since attempted to come 5 more times and every time the shop is closed. Three of which were for more than a week, once due to emergency, which is completely understandable. If I ever get to return I would gladly change my review. I’ve been seeing Ila for my brows for quite some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She has completely transformed my eyebrows, giving them shape and definition. Ila is incredibly professional, kind, and truly attentive to detail. She listens to exactly what you want and makes sure your eyebrows are perfect every single time.
