I have really enjoyed working with Ilana. She deeply listens and is very helpful in a nonjudgemental way.
Dr Harms provided me with amazing care. We did regular acupuncture appointments but she also worked with me on diet, movement, and deep breathing. I felt like our work together improved and shifted things for me on the original issue that I came in for but also incorporated healing when things popped up too like a sleepless night/daytime fatigue, illness, and a vaccine that I had a reaction to.
