I have left 70+ five star Google reviews. I never have written a 1 star review on any platform. Sarah was incredibly rude and did not even say goodbye at the end of the showing. We came out of the elevator and she went straight to the couches in the lobby on her phone. Didn’t even acknowledge us. She didn’t say hi to my mom (the buyer) when we arrived and was dismissive throughout the tour. I feel bad for the seller of this unit who has a realtor that is this unprofessional. The Bracha Team did a great job of advertising and showing my listing, we got a tenant at our first open house! They stuck with the process and were supportive throughout even when the going got tough with a nonresponsive management company. I would recommend the Bracha Team to anyone who asked.

We worked with Adolfo Fernandez and he was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about getting my very pregnant wife and I settled into our new home. We've looked at many apartments and met with almost as many realtors. Some were good, others indifferent, but Adolfo was knowledgeable about the apartment and willing to visit several additional times for us to inspect and take dimensions. I hope not to need to look for an apartment for a while but when I do I'll check in with Adolfo again.
Adolfo is so authentic and professional, he made our experience very seamless. With the growing competition in the real estate rental market. Adolfo helped our process in less than 48 hours and accommodated every single concern we had. I wouldn't have been able to be in this beautiful space without him.
