Great Italian! Like the atmosphere. Great italian food. Service wonderful and they have a price fix during the week which is a great value. It is BYOB. I always enjoy the food when I go. I think the best italian in Livingston.
Il Vicolo The ambiance of this restaurant is very nice. It's very cozy and welcoming. The staff is extremely nice and prices are reasonable, especially lunches which are served at a special price. The food is very good and there are a lot of choices offered. Overall I had a great experience here and I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a nice Italian dinner.
Great Hospitality, Delicious Food, & Terrific Prices I've been a customer of Il Vicolo for the past 10 or 12 years, and have always had excellent meals and service. The restaurant is tucked into the side of an unassuming strip mall, and you might just pass it by if you didn't know it was there. That would be a mistake! Great Restaurant ll Vicolo is a very unique restaurant. My daughter went there recently for a Bat Mitzvah party. She really enjoyed it. She said that the service was wonderful. She and her friends had a great time. They really enjoyed the Italian food. The children got to have a great time because of the music, food, and open space to have fun with each other. The outside makes it look very, run-down, but it is not.
Won't Be Back Food mediocre, decor OK, service rude. It's been years since I've eaten here and after last night's experience, I won't come back. I felt the owners were very unfriendly, haggared and not the least bit hospitable. They kept trying to up-sell every item on their menu, even after it was clear our table wasn't interested. Good food good service and priced right went for lunch corn chowder was great and entree a chk dish with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes served with carrots and onions... Will def return!
