I hired them for a bathroom remodel and working with Daniel was a pleasure. He is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever worked with. He really knows his stuff and was upfront about all pricing. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about any remodeling!
My husband and I were looking to completely redo our 1930’s north park home. We met with about 7 companies until we found Daniel with IL total design. Daniel just seemed to GET IT! He completely understood our vision and went along with our crazy ideas. We absolutely love our new space and can’t thank Daniel enough for his expertise and patience. His crews were very talented respectful and clean. Our home is now our sanctuary and we couldn’t be happier!
We used IL TOTAL DESIGN AND BUILD for the design of our ADU and JADU. Rummy designed 1700 square feet of new space for us that considered a wide variety of factors: maximizing rental income, maximizing views, accommodating multifamily living, aging in place, and incorporating privacy. She has a creative eye and was able to envision our new space in ways that opened our eyes to additional possibilities. We are in construction now and it is beautiful to see Rummy’s vision coming to life.
Rummy is fantastic! She has great ideas and communicates well and efficiently. We in the middle of our whole home remodel and her designs are turning out beautifully. Her recommendations were spot on for making our project better than we had ever anticipated! Highly recommend her!
Working with Rummy was amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and made my project a breeze. She was able to identify an issue that would have been very costly but thanks to her insight, we were able to fix the issue without any additional costs. She was also very responsive to my emails/calls which was great. I highly recommend her and would definitely seek her services if I have another project.
