Do not move here. The property has ongoing pest issues, including cockroaches and termites, and possibly rodents, which is reflected in recent reviews. Management has been horrendous with Andrew taking over since the old manager Vanessa left. Rent increases are frequent, and management enters units repeatedly, often without regard for tenants’ personal space. Lived here for a year (2018 to 2019) before having to move out of town. I really enjoyed living here. The management Vanessa and the maintenance were really awesome.
