As a tourist, I appreciated that they don't bother you as you're walking down the street. Great chicken Marsala... And the antipasto piccolo buffalo was a good sampler.

It ruined any knock off Italian food for me.....ever! Turns out I had never had Italian before! Perfect!
I think I've loved every one of my meals here. Can't recall a favorite, maybe the asparagus appetizer, and the sausage and potatoes plate. It's all too good!
This is one of my favorite places in Little Italy. It is always my go to when I am in this area. The stuffed mushrooms are truly divine, they are fresh, have a hearty texture and taste to them. My main course, which was the spaghetti carbonara, was cooked spot on and the sauce was a perfect consistency. Was very satisfied, the dishes were very generous in size and I like the pricing of the menu a lot ! Mochaccino at the end, was not too sweet or bitter, was a superb finish to my dining experience at Il Piccolo Bufalo.
The place is unpretentious and free of retro-kitsch. Love it! Good food for a great price.
