I absolutely loved my 3.5 years at Il Palazzo! This was the first place I ever stayed longer than a year, and I only moved out for personal reasons. Here’s why I can’t recommend it enough: 1. A team that truly cares: The leasing and maintenance crew are incredible. The leasing office managers always remembered all the residents and took action right away when I raised a concern. The person that helped me did an amazing job, taking me on the tour. Very knowledgeable about her job and displaying everything to help me make my decision on moving there. Depressing apartments with a lot of noise from the airplanes. Common areas are dirty and poorly maintained. When you move out they sell whatever money you owe to debt collectors that make it hard to pay so you pay them late penalties.
Beautiful apartment community and great location. Loved the proximity to all the store fronts and eateries! The vibe there is fun, I appreciate all the information Alena V. gave us. Her personality and honesty was refreshing. My son asked a few off the wall questions but she was on her toes and answering them like nothing :)
