Depressing apartments with a lot of noise from the airplanes. Common areas are dirty and poorly maintained. When you move out they sell whatever money you owe to debt collectors that make it hard to pay so you pay them late penalties.
Beautiful apartment community and great location. Loved the proximity to all the store fronts and eateries! The vibe there is fun, I appreciate all the information Alena V. gave us. Her personality and honesty was refreshing. My son asked a few off the wall questions but she was on her toes and answering them like nothing :)
Il Palazzo is a super cute building, everything is so clean and tidy and the staff does an amazing job of keeping on top of work orders and cleanliness! The staff and residents are all so very nice! You cannot beat this amazing location either. 10/10 would recommend!
I have asked management if the property had issues with insects roaches in particular and they said never had issues its very clean! Two months in and dealing with roaches! Very deceptive business.
