On a trip to Florence, Italy in 1983, Il Giardino founder Tony Gargiulo saw a wood burning oven and knew it would be the centerpiece for the soon-to-open restaurant. RecommendedWe enjoyed another superb meal at our favorite restaurant tonight. It is truly the best Italian food around.
