Devine. Thoughtfully curated minimalist plates. Fresh ingredients with appropriate sparse spices let the natural ingredients shine. Southern Italy came to life in Midtown for me. Rich fruity olive oil paired with Italian bread with my ideal chewy center-to-crust ratio was served in tandem with escarole pine nut pastry amuse bouche made a delic act one.
