Mrs. Rosemarie Burtchell This is a 5 star Italian restaurant~The very best in Sheepshead Bay~with a wonderful staff. All food comes in very large portions..The scenery is also outstanding..I spent my birthday there with my friends from St Edmunds, everyone loved it...And we will be back..

good Yummy vodka sauce, & really good minestrone soup
Il Fornetto is just okay The smell outside was not good.. smelled like stale fish. Food is average but the service was good. I would stick with the simple pasta dishes, stay away from the fish, especially the fish of the day.. they pushed it too hard and it was not fresh. Not expensive though, so if you're looking for a good place for a large party,. this may be the way to go.

good I called from North Carolina and you made our granddaughters 16th birthday dinner perfect. The food, special birthday cake and service was perfect. We will be back for her 17th birthday soon.
