They have some of the best brews in the city. I think that I have found the best coffee shop in the city to take your breaks in to. I am in love with their coffee.

Love this place – Great pre-shopping location. It's actually 2 restaurants. The upstairs is like the other Il Fornaios but downstairs is a one-of-a-kind "Risotteria" that has these great salmon slider. Delish breads up and down and outside in the cafe in the atrium. I like to whole Italian enchilada!
Excellent – When I travel, Il Fornaio is always one of my favorite restaurants. It's high end northern Italian food, with well prepared meats and sauces that are too complex for me to make for myself. My visit to the Irvine location did not disappoint. The food was excellent and while the prices are on the high end ($18 -$28 entrees), the total cost of the meal was reasonable for the high quality of the food. Service has been great the three times I've been to this location.
San Diego this is the best italian you can get!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – A good friend of mine had been talking about this place for the longest time. So last night my wife and I tried it out. Wow that's what I have to say. From the moment we got there it was great. We were welcomed the moment we walked in and seated with in minutes on a friday night!!! good for pizza and salads, poor service – I went to this place many times and most of time I was happy with the food and service , the last two times my server were Spanish speaking and ( two different guys ) they were on the phone talking instead of helping customers , it took more than 30 minutes to take the order , it is very sad such a original Italian restaurant to have such a servers
Favorite! – 6 stars for ZABAIONE!! A must try! My favorite dessert anywhere.
Very exceptional waiter and busser. Manager very attentative. Hostess excellent. Great food.
Perfect – Morning visits for coffee w/ Maria and Danny starts my day off perfectly always. Additionally, Lunch on 7/8 was lovely - we all enjoyed food & service.
