best risotto ai frutti di mare, best desserts – I'm Italian and I was in NYC this summer. I have found this restaurant because a friend of mine told about it. I think that the dishes are very refined and optimal. The service was great, the atmosphere also. The decor is very stylish. But my favourites are the desserts, a lot of amazing desserts.
A great italian restaurant! – I have been living in New York for 4 years now and I have been to Il Corso more than 20 times and I have never been disapointed. This is such a nice restaurant. The food is always tasty and well prepared. Try the specials, the chef is great! The service is discret and friendly and we always have been recommanded good wine. The prices are fair and the quality always at the top. Everytime we bring friends there they really appreciate the experience and are coming back. I simply love Il Corso!
What a great place!!! – I love italian cusine, and I was very surprised by the quality and authenticity of the food. The fried calamari and the beef short ribs was the die for it. The waiter gave us a great wine sugestion. Beatiful wine list.
ONE MORE TRY ANOTHER FIASCO ! – I would like to go back and say I was wrong.well not this time.Go there for dinner this time and find it unusually bad in taste and not pleasent service at all.I had lunch there quiet a while ago and remember how pour the service and the food were. Sorry but certain expensive places should NOT fead Manatthan diners.

Non potrebbe essere meglio!!!! – I am italian, and after many year working in New York City, I found an authentic italian cusine. Great special in a resonable prices. well developed wine list and fresh ingredients make this little restaurant a jewel of italian food.
Great Place to eat – I went there for the first time last night, i was very impressed, the service was excellent, cannot fault it. The food was the best i have tasted for a long time. It was a trully italian cusine. Congratulations to the owner and staff, i will certainly return and highly recommend it to my friends and as I live in the area shall look forward to coming back on a regular basis.
Really Italian – The food is great here - very traditional and reasonably good value. I would definitely give it a try if you like going out for a good pasta or any other authentic italian cusine. Lovely staff, always on top of the customers. One of the best italian restaurant in NYC.
OUTSTANDING – I hate to add this review because I don't want everyone to find out about this amazing gem in the middle of Midtown. The food is outstanding, the service attentive and very friendly, and the atmosphere is romantic. The food is incredibly fresh has wonderful flavors. Try the salad in a parmesan basket--very unique and tasty. I would definitely go back over and over. Our favorite place in NYC!!!!
