Il bosco is the best restaurant I have visited in Phoenix! Everything I ate was delicioso. They grow their own herbs and make their own mozzarella. The staff were so inviting and the atmosphere was dead-on for what a restaurant in Italy feels like. I wish we had one in Rochester it would be my regular spot.
The perfect crust, fresh cheese, interesting pizzas, and awesome pricing makes IL BOSCO a "don't miss" for Scottsdale. Great place for a date, and we're very pleased to have booked the crew for our wedding catering!
Best pizza in Az!!! Needs to be open later tho. If it was open on my day off Monday, I would so be there!!!
I am an Italian who has travelled the world and has been a high level chef for 40 years. This is "hands down, the best pizza"! I judge pizza on 3 things: crust, sauce and cheese. Il Bosco is the only place that I have awarded 5 stars to all 3. Extremely quaint & charming. I love that it is kind of hidden. My only suggestion would be for more consistent, knowledgeable service staff.
