Very delicious food! New administration made big changes to this place and now it tastes even better than before.
My boyfriend and I came in for a date night on a slower Monday and had the best time!! We were a little nervous because it was empty, but food was really good quality. We went with the all you can eat menu and ended up being able to try a variety of things. We both really enjoyed everything that we got! Ikuzo Sushi under new ownership. Wow best Sushi restaurant in San Diego. The all you can eat menu has so many options to choose from. The food was excellent. Ikuzo shrimp bomb was the best I’ve ever had. I also had the fire fire roll, The padres roll, and lemon cilantro roll were so delicious. Everything was so delicious. The service was spot on. My husband daughter and I came over the weekend and had a great experience. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. I REALLY enjoyed the shrimp fried rice, the owner even explained to me the difference between the Chinese and Japanese versions of the dish which I thought was cool. We also got a few sushi rolls my favorites being between the dragon and tiger rolls (we also tried the spicy crunch roll and California roll) and the crab wontons were phenomenal as well. Definitely going back. Definitely recommend
