She was rude and insensitive.
I've seen Dr. Ikuta three times in the emergency room, every time she's been amazing. She's thoughtful, respectful, and truly cares. Every time I go to the ER I hope to get her, she's amazing. Some I think that her no-nonsense attitude is rude behavior, she just doesn't play games.
