The vanity is looks to built with great quality! We ordered the 84" - 3 piece vanity and one of the quartz counter tops came with 3 hairline cracks and a small chip so we emailed Ikou, Inc.and they are sending a new one. Great customer service and quality products we will definitely order again for our next remodel! Highly recommend!
After seeing all these reviews decided to give this place a try, had the absolute worst customer service experience ever. There was a skinny lady with glasses that was apparently helping us. She didn't even make any conversation and evey question we asked was a one word answer and the whole time we were there she was playing with her phone. I find it difficult take these reviews seriously with staff like working here.
I am a contractor and purchase a lot of vanities through Costco. These are always very high quality and priced fairly. The customer service is excellent!
This company is exceptional! Their product quality, customer service and professionalism is EXCELLENT!!! Very very happy with them even after 15 years after my initial purchase!
The vanity we purchased is perfect. It arrived in mint condition. I had an issue withe a drawer slide that I broke, but customer service happily replaced it for me!
