The vanity we purchased is perfect. It arrived in mint condition. I had an issue withe a drawer slide that I broke, but customer service happily replaced it for me!
Due to contractor delay, I only have chance to opened the package 2 months after purchase, I found a 20-30 cm crack on the stone countertop, i emailed the photo and video to Ikou, the costomer service email me back right away and promised to send replacement countertop to me as solution, the problem solved on the same day, amazing customer service. the vanity is solid and quality is decent, highly recommend.
I bought the 72 inch Katie vanity in grey from Costco. We had a mark on one of the drawer fronts when we put it in so I emailed. I didn't need the entire unit replaced - just the drawer front. The service was so fast, so friendly, so easy, SO AMAZING. The unit is BEAUTIFUL, by the way. It is the absolute centre piece of our bathroom renovation - we LOVE IT!

Purchased a vanity from Costco 2 yrs ago. Finally installed the vanity and realized I did not have the side back splash.(it did not come with the unit as it is designed to be a stand alone unit) Called the company and explained situation and they quickly and effeciently solved the situation. I paid a minimal fee to purchase the side. The customer service is outstanding. Love that they take care of the customer long after the purchase. Thank you Ikou.
