We bought a double sink Vanity from Wayfair almost 10 years ago, and recently we noticed that drain stopper had developed a slow leak. The washer around the stopper seemed a bit frail after years of use. I visited all the local hardware stores but could not find an exact filr for the replacement washer. Vanity is beautiful and well made . Door handles were not centered but their customer service was excellent and prompt. They sent the replacement doors right away. Lori
The customer service I received from Paul at Ikou was above average! Even though the vanity I purchased had a couple of issues, Paul made it right and that’s what matters!! I would confidently purchase from them again, keep up the great work!
We ordered 2 vanities from Costco. Firstly, the packaging they came in was amazing! They were so well protected for delivery, we were very impressed! The vanities looked way better in person and we are very happy with them. Very easy to install as well. When we opened one of the vanities, there was a major crack in the finish on the right side door. Looked like a manufacturing defect. Through Costco we purchased two Ikou vanities with quartz tops/porcelain sinks and have been very pleased with the quality. When I had a question how to maintain the finish on the counters their customer service people were prompt in their replies and very helpful.
