We bought our new Ikou vanity through Costco and so far are very happy with it. Instructions were clear and when I contacted them for info about the stone top I received the info I was looking for including product links very quickly.

Bought 2 vanities of theirs from Costco, vanity is actual nice and sturdy but the engineered quartz countertops are terrible and stain easly which regular quartz doesn’t. When I called customer service for help sent a solution which helped a bit but not really a solution, they even suggested to replace the countertop with real quartz and the worst thing was they wanted to charge me for additional solution to try again to help with stains, I strongly suggest you avoid any quartz products.
We ordered a vanity from a third party and needed a right hand back splash. We ordered one from Ikou and was extremely happy with our experience. Doing our Reno bathroom has had a lot of issues with damaged goods due to shipping. Well with Ikou it was a pleasure. That back splash was so well packed for shipping it would have to be a tank running over it to damage it. Well done to the staff who packaged and assisted with this order.
I have not yet installed the product, but it looks good. There was some damage to the unit. The damage was NOT from trnasport. But, as soon as i emailed the factory, and sent in some documenting pictures, the factory took good care of me. These guys are still in my good books :)
