I would like to thank Matthew as well as the team who is handling all of the repairs in the building etc. Matthew went above and beyond to address a few concerns in particular one dealing with a sink and some caulking that needed to be redone. He was very focused on attention to detail and did exceptional work. I greatly appreciate it. Well done! 5 stars all the way.
This guy, Mathew, seriously went above and beyond with the repairs. The place looks amazing now, way better than before. He fixed everything so quickly and efficiently, I was really impressed. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing similar work done. He's a lifesaver!
Me and my family have an outstanding water bill of over $1000. PowerStream did an investigation and realized the water was excessively used before we moved into our unit. Yet IKORE does want to do anything about it. They are ignoring our emails, have no sense of urgency or care for me and my family. We have been working with them for months with no resolution. They do not want to take ownership that they overuse the water before we moved in, and seem to want us to pay for it for some reason? No sense of good character. They ... read more
By far one of the worst pre-construction builds I have seen in a decade. The 'sales' team is incapable of having basic ethics and codes of conduct, cannot reply to emails nor are they competent enough to understand basic legal terms. Will often pressure you into outrageous fees or bully you into completing mortgage approvals when the condo isn't even ready to move in. I would highly recommend you never purchase from them unless you want an undervalued property. Undervalued by over $150,000 within the last couple of years.
