By far one of the worst pre-construction builds I have seen in a decade. The 'sales' team is incapable of having basic ethics and codes of conduct, cannot reply to emails nor are they competent enough to understand basic legal terms. Will often pressure you into outrageous fees or bully you into completing mortgage approvals when the condo isn't even ready to move in. I would highly recommend you never purchase from them unless you want an undervalued property. Undervalued by over $150,000 within the last couple of years.

Terrible experience so far with their new Elle condo. Occupancy was Oct 1. It is now Nov 27, 2 months later and I still don't have closet doors. Broken window. Front door doesn't lock properly. Outlets are hanging. Washroom fans don't turn off. Cabinet lights don't work. Window is missing trim. Many other issues. Took them 1 month just to install my shower doors, mirrors and vanity. Bought a condo unit at all three of there buildings so far. This builder has been fantastic to work with and flexible with my needs. Avenue on 7 has been my favorite of the three. 7 on the Park has been great and have not had and issues. Elle I have recently received my keys and the project is still under construction but I am excited to see the final product. Thank you Ikore for the great work! Looking forward to purchasing a unit at the upcoming projects!
Our occupancy for Elle Condos was Oct.4, however we didn't get our key till Oct.7 and when we got them, there will still many fixes/touchups to be made, but they expect us to live in it. It's no where near livable. Construction/dust everywhere, my unit doesn't even have a mirror in it. What are we paying for if we can't live in it? Reached out to customer care, but still haven't heard back. Absolutely unacceptable!
