I was thoroughly impressed with Jonas at my South Hoover unit when it was shown to me almost a year ago. Honestly. Do not even try applying with them. I tried to apply about 3 weeks ago and never heard anything. I called to see if we can get an update. And a couple of hours later our application was denied. I definitely felt overlooked. I don’t know if it was our race or our age. Definitely worst experience I’ve had. So sad.
I worked with Yohann on two separate occasions and his level of attentiveness and professionalism is unrivaled to any other agent I’ve worked with. He’s got an impressive amount of connections in L.A and quickly found a buyer for our first property who wanted to develop on our land. Happy to recommend to anyone!
