the worst....they change names every couple years. The service is terrible, they do not answer the phone, don't return calls or emails. 0 stars
They changed corporations, and it us always difficult to reach someone but when you do, they're generally nice.
This is by far the worse management group I’ve ever worked with. They do no answer phone calls or emails but are quick to pile on fees. We as consumers have little recourse. They are horrible!!
I have a tree that has fallen onto my house that's not on my property lines since 9/11/2020. I've sent emails and got a work order number, but the tree has not been removed. Everyone should write a letter to Consumer Affairs, Federal Trade Commission for collecting monies and failing to their job as a HOA Management Group. Very dissatisfied with this management group.
