On our first board meeting call with this community management company, I can't possibly bring myself to support them. They avoid issues like a corrupt politician avoids a question they don't want to answer. Decades old, outdated, bylaws are upheld with a simple, "we'll talk about this next call", said with a very 'I'm right, no matter what you think' attitude. Truly disgusted.
