I took my car for a wash on Sunday around 6 PM. It’s a new car, and after the service, I noticed two scratches on the hood, which was very surprising. When I tried to address this with the staff on-site, they seemed clueless, and the manager was unavailable. They asked me to call the phone number listed on the website, but despite trying for the past two hours, I haven’t been able to reach any agent or operator.
