Not honoring coupons they give away
I used to really like this car wash and visited almost monthly. Tried to use my birthday reward today after getting a reminder text about it yesterday. No code would come up. Eventually an employee walked over and said they were just informed it was no longer a promotion and there was nothing he could do about it. I really don't appreciate a business wasting my time or their employees having no care or concern for customers. I won't be going back.

Such a nice, brand‑new car wash. I’ll definitely be using this place for my car. Everything looks great and very professional, and you even provide towels, which is awesome. The only issue is that there’s no air pressure available for cleaning the interior. But honestly, that’s not a big problem.
