The receptionist Abigail was absolutely horrible. She spoke to me in such a rude demeanour. She started raising her voice at me on the phone which was absolutely horrible. I’m shocked I was spoken to like this when I was asking a question about waitlists. This receptionist has completely put me off this clinic. This staff member shouldnt be able to speak to clients like this.
