Great service!
A wonderful family-run business. The team is incredibly polite, helpful, and patient. Prices are excellent—significantly better than many competitors. You do need to book an appointment before visiting the warehouse, but it’s worth it. They also offer online purchasing through their website and Facebook Marketplace. Free parking is available on-site. Highly recommended.
I had some difficulty following up on my order return, but after submitting a review, it seems there was a misunderstanding and things will be resolved. Thank you for following up.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered glasses on July 22 for an event on Aug 8, and they didn’t arrive until Aug 12 due to damaged products and messed up redelivery. I told them the deadline, and they failed to meet it. I’ve been asking for a refund for over two weeks and get no response to emails or calls. Their 14-day refund policy is a joke if they completely ignore you. Unacceptable customer service. I want my money back.
