Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered glasses on July 22 for an event on Aug 8, and they didn’t arrive until Aug 12 due to damaged products and messed up redelivery. I told them the deadline, and they failed to meet it. I’ve been asking for a refund for over two weeks and get no response to emails or calls. Their 14-day refund policy is a joke if they completely ignore you. Unacceptable customer service. I want my money back.

I was incredibly overwhelmed at the quality and craftsmanship of these wine glasses. I initially had high hopes upon ordering these as I have previously used wine glasses made in Europe and couldn't believe that my expectations were exceeded. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for wine glasses that will last long term.

I loved the design of the glasses and quality of the glass. The fact that they deliver under an hour in Toronto is awesome. Definitely recommend it.
