After coming back from vacation with the family, first load of laundry and the washer broke. Got a new one. Then to top it off, first washed load put into the dryer and the dryer doesn’t dry! “When it rains it pours”. Called Ike’s appliances and left a message. SAME DAY! They got back to us and were able to be out. Luckily they had the part available and ready to install. Marco and gus are very respectful and friendly and. These guys did a really good job.... way to go guys!!!!!
They get hurt on a review and dump you due to their lack of no communication. Instead of fixing the issue they dump and run. They even called us by the wrong name. Don’t use them for AC. This for our 89 year old grandma that wants her stuff fixed so she can go home. Glad the owner went on vacation so the parts were not ordered.
