They get hurt on a review and dump you due to their lack of no communication. Instead of fixing the issue they dump and run. They even called us by the wrong name. Don’t use them for AC. This for our 89 year old grandma that wants her stuff fixed so she can go home. Glad the owner went on vacation so the parts were not ordered.
I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know. As well as asking our home insurance company to remove them from their vendor list. Our 89yo grandmother’s A/C unit broke 3 weeks ago, smack dab in the middle of the Central Valley heat wave. We were able to get repairs authorized within 24hrs, but we are STILL waiting on Ike’s to do the job. We have had to relocate our grandmother to our home because the extreme temperatures inside her house that have resulted in unlivable conditions for anyone at any age. This job w... read more
