Incredible place with amazing technologies and people, the unsung heros that keep our lights on and phones charging!
Despite software being a major part of ikeGPS's products, their support of their software is awful. Bugs that are trivial to fix go ignored for years on end. Their hardware has reliability issues with known hardware problems in the GPS module that has resulted in multiple RMAs and lost field crew time. Their accounting folks have an allergy to calling customers to resolve minor issues. Not recommended as they will hold your data hostage in their cloud service.
Great company in general, customer support is GOLDEN. 10/10
