My takeout yuzu salmon roll was mostly cucumber.
Delicious food with ample portions. We tried the bowls and combos, but not the sushi, so I can not comment on that.
I'm so happy that my usual sushi spot was closed on Sunday afternoon, because it led me to find Ikeda. The lunch specials were a great deal. They came with miso soup which was flavorful and had plenty of Tofu pieces, 5 pieces of sushi or 6 pieces of sashimi, and a roll.
