i had the most horrible experience in IKEA. I had purchased a few large items and needed the cab to come till the pick up point. The people at the checking weren't allowing a smooth entry to cabs for pickup. 3 cabs cancelled on me so this was true as they all weren't lying. They said that it would take a minimum 1 hour to pass through and come to pick up point. We gave up and asked can to come to entrance.
