Order was set for delivery, but when the delivery date came, no one delivered our items. The online tracker showed the items had been delivered. I’ve always called this IKEA my “happiest place on earth” but not after my experience yesterday/today. I’ve been to this location several times and have NEVER encountered the absolute chaos that I’m currently dealing with. I called beforehand to make sure the items I wanted were in stock because I don’t trust going off of what a website says…I was told they had them.
