Awful customer service. Today, 2/28/26 at approximately 5:30 PM, I walked in to purchase a vase. There were 6–7 customer service employees present, not one acknowledged me, even after making eye contact. Only two employees were actively assisting customers. A simple greeting would have gone a long way.
