The Ikea South Charlotte team are wonderful. Anthony helped me design a master closet using the PAX wardrobes and Storklinta dressers. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and had great suggestions. Sylvia and Shade also helped along the way. Great team! Thank you for everything. The project turned out perfectly!
Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We went to this location to look at closet storage solutions. We arrived at the store around 6:00, when we walked in there were 4-5 staff members sitting at their desks, not one acknowledged that we were even there, so we started to look around. We browsed different areas of the store for about 20 min, and still no one came to ask if we needed any help.
