If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband and I worked with Ikea to build our closet cabinets, laundry room, and pantry and had a great experience with the designers. We were told to pick a delivery date and we did. We were not moved into the home yet so we took the day off to ensure we were there for the delivery. I was lied to directly by one of the IKEA kitchen planners at the Georgetown, DC location. I asked several times before ordering if their kitchen sale occurred after I made the purchase ($5,000) could I get a rebate of the 10% off and was told YES. If the sale occurs within 90 days of my purchase, I will get the rebate. The sale started 30 days after I made my purchase, and IKEA will not rebate me the 10%. Bought countertops...no edging strips...called customer service 3 times...3 different people..eventually to only hear that I have to lug this heavy counter back to get a new box if I want the edging strips.
