We purchased a huge Ikea kitchen almost five years ago and the warranty is a joke. Our cabinets have chips, they have a mottled finish and Ikea won’t do anything. According to them those things aren’t covered. This is out third IKEA kitchens but it’s terrible and if it’s chips and finish gets ruined in 6 years then stay away from IKEA, don’t let the warranty fool you, there isn’t one
Reading the reviews is making me sick to my stomach! I feel so badly for everyone. Everything written here is absolutely accurate! I should've read these IKEA reviews before I spent $800 on kitchen cabinets!!! I had to cancel the order before it even shipped and now IKEA will not/has not refunded my money (for almost a month now)! I've contacted them on IG/social media, called almost everyday, and no luck... which is grossly unacceptable. Ikea's ordering for pickup policy is complete disaster. It is not customer friendly and just simply idiotic.
