I don't think that I can say enough good things about my experience. First, in December, I walked in not knowing that you needed an appointment; but despite my not following the process, Marta was kind and helpful and got me started on the process of designing my little kitchenette. I visited the Ikea Kitchener Planning Centre today. I dealt with Courtney. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly! She was so efficient taking my kitchen measurements and photos and turning them into a 3d plan for our new kitchen. She gave me many helpful suggestions and showed the options on the plan with and without the different ideas.
