I visited the Ikea Kitchener Planning Centre today. I dealt with Courtney. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly! She was so efficient taking my kitchen measurements and photos and turning them into a 3d plan for our new kitchen. She gave me many helpful suggestions and showed the options on the plan with and without the different ideas. Very quiet not busy helpful staff
Worst experience in a long time! The sales associate told us she doesn't have time for us today at all and she can't help with ideas, if not in the catalogue we need to go somewhere else! Extremely disappointed, Ikea used to be too notch!
