Went to return a product here, but they apparently do not accept returns at this location. I would understand this if this was only a showroom that did not sell products, but they actually have some products at this location for sale here. Things you can buy here and walk out with them, so I question how they are able to sell a product but not capable of processing returns at this location. Seems really shady. Especially because there are no other ikea locations in DC and it doesn’t provide an accessible option for DC reside... read more
