Large shipment was all in order but had to be picked up in Sudbury as there was no pick up location in North Bay and delivery to home location was over a month wait time.

I thought the plan and order store would cut to the chase but Jared proved to be little more than a hurried robot. Trying to simply purchase a kitchen and have it all delivered was absolutely futile with IKEA. stores are too busy to give customers proper service, especially with the sale schemes going on. IKEA is an all around disappointment.

The showroom is great for plan and order point. The staff we interacted with at this location was terrible.

After scheduling an appointment in store a few days earlier, went into the Barrie location to finalize our kitchen designs before ordering. We thought we would be in and out in under 30 minutes. When we first arrived we were nicely greeted by Saharsh who was assigned to our file. He was quick to pull up our designs and it was clear from the first 5 minutes that he was really knowledgeable about every little detail to take our kitchen to the next level.
