Book appointment online couple hour's before was informed that they need to cancel I and my husband book day off especially for this day! We are1.5h drive from Barrie. I am disappointed

Large shipment was all in order but had to be picked up in Sudbury as there was no pick up location in North Bay and delivery to home location was over a month wait time.
Great experience, Jared is so helpful and knows trends and helps with design.
I thought the plan and order store would cut to the chase but Jared proved to be little more than a hurried robot. Trying to simply purchase a kitchen and have it all delivered was absolutely futile with IKEA. stores are too busy to give customers proper service, especially with the sale schemes going on. IKEA is an all around disappointment.
