Ikia still hasn't realised that Kmart opened at 8:00 they stocking lot of stuff that Ikia stocks, so we're going to shop somewhere to opens at 8:00 or somewhere that opens at 9:30. 8:00 of course
We would like to thank Anna Low at IKEA Rhodes for her fantastic service. She patiently assisted my parents over multiple visits with purchasing tvbench and 3 sets of cabinet including delivery and installation arrangements. Anna provided helpful advice and multiple solutions, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Will definitely visit IKEA again.
Staff member Chanour was just wonderful. She went way and beyond to help my husband and I find a solution for our wardrobe situation. She was kind, fast, knowledgeable and got us a solution. Thank you Chanour for your help, we are very happy with the outcome. Adriana and Juliano.
4th Feb. Delivery driver though? Yes I love Ikea and just spent enough on products to expect the delivery driver to get out the van and ring the doorbell. 10 minutes after receiving missing a call i was not expecting, sitting and waiting for my door bell to ring. What delivery driver doesnt get out and dial my door bell. Clearly we manage our times to be available when the delivery has been arranged, to manage working hours and days to be here in the 7am to 1pm tine frame. I LOVE IKEA, and usually the shopping experience is just lovely! This time, I found staff unfriendly, if you could find any, and the shop a little chaotic with no pricing on several items.
