On 22nd September around 6pm, I was interested in a discontinued item and was told I could purchase the display piece. After being sent around multiple times between floors, I eventually spoke with a staff member named Elizabeth in the bedroom section. Unfortunately, instead of helping, she responded with visible frustration about her coworker not calling ahead, and her attitude toward me as a customer was cold and negative. IKEA Rhodes Had a bit of an issue with an “as is” item from Ikea, but thankfully I got in touch with Mika from customer service. The bloke was an absolute legend, super professional, sorted everything out quickly, and made sure I was happy with the solution. Proper top-notch service. Big shoutout to Mika and IKEA for going the extra mile. Highly recommend!
I ordered a sofa with delivery for Saturday. The store recommended paying a higher delivery fee to get it shipped Monday morning. Monday came — nothing arrived. I called, and they said Wednesday. Wednesday — nothing again. I waited the whole day. When I called, they said Saturday. Saturday — still nothing.
