I have to leave a bad review here. Had a kitchen designed by IKEA and installed by their partner. The kitchen design has many mistakes and one of big cabinet was not added into the order. I had to go back to IKEA 4 times to sort these mistakes out. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Ray your team worker couldn’t be ruder or more inflammatory of a person. When asked nicely after no presence of a staff member in the table area for over 20mins. I asked where an item could be found and rays response was “if you can find it, we have it, if not we don’t do that here” I explained I have seen it online. To which he rudely said “go on then show me” with a rude smirk on his face.
