Terrible management and poor leadership .. disappointed
Poor customer service and poor management. Shocking
Disappointing to see ikea management treat their customers so horribly. From such called family place to another greedy organization without a care to their customers who actually make them what they are. Thank God we have more alternatives now, Amazon, Ali baba and taobao .. seeing my close family and mate hurt and neglected by ikea was a major blow for us as a family. Boycotting
