I have been waiting over a month for IKEA's kitchen delivery centre to resolve an incomplete order. More than half of the items needed to assemble my kitchen never arrived, and the impact this has had on me, both financially and emotionally, has been enormous. We have had to delay construction work because of the missing items. Every day that passes is costing us money. the food gave me food poisoning. you guys suck
Been to IKEA 2-3 times in total over the years, and have been happy with the quality and pricing and customer service. One exception was the one time I had ordered via online-home delivery a wrong size duvet cover and went back in person to return it. The customer experience for in-person returns in IKEA Rhodes was one I intend to avoid in future (I gave my feedback to the helpful customer service person who finally assisted.)
