I recently purchased a sofa from IKEA and I'm very happy with it. The design is modern and fits well with my room decor. It's also very comfortable to sit on and has held up well to daily use. I love that the covers are removable and washable, which makes it easy to keep clean. Overall, I would highly recommend IKEA's sofas to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable pieces of furniture at an affordable price.

Never again! Talk about being trapped into buying something or spend the whole day in a place looking at all these different options and not wind up buying anything. There no was no exit for people who didnt purchase anything went looking for a sectional and walked out with a migraine

This is where we bought our first king size bed. It is already been 30 years but it is still good as new.

Worst company ever! Spent 25minutes on hold waiting for customer service to answer the phone! I'm 3 hours away and wanted to purchase 2 $700 sleepers that only have 3 left in stock. Would not hold them, would not allow me to purchase over the phone- she kept saying 1st come 1st serve! That's customer service for you! I'll go spend my $1,500 elsewhere! Horrible! Should be a less than 1 star!

I thought Ikea was the 'go-to' place for home items... maybe for a dorm. And only if you don't need customer service.

The only thing IKEA has going for it is cheap prices and easy assembly. The store is set up to get you to look at everything they sell, making the walk a very long one. If you don't know what you want, you could wander here forever. The food court is nice to have.

As far as IKEAs go, this one is just like the rest. I usually just go straight to the warehouse to find what I am looking for, and avoid all the walking around. Computer inventory search is a very useful feature in the warehouse, and has helped me find what I want very quickly. Checkout lines are always a bit of a wait for me, but I the only time I come are on weekends so I don't think anything of it.

Stan is unaware the store closes at 9pm so he should probably think to call during the hours they are open. I've had nothing but good experiences and customer service was very great.
