We live 100 miles away from Ikea in Schaumburg and had long wanted to visit the store. We were impressed by the size and offerings of items at the store, as well as what seemed like decent prices at first, but unfortunately had several poor experiences there. We bought 2 dressers on our visit. The first had one little part missing that we were able to pick up at our local hardware store.
