I have been a customer of IKEA since 1991. I shopped in the USA, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, and Taiwan IKEA shops. I like to see new ideas buy them and apply them to my life. I had several times problems with employees. They need more training and to feel themselves a member of IKEA. I build with IKEA furniture at least more than 40 houses and offices. I like IKEA so much.

I went to IKEA recently to look at desks. The store is huge and the selection on any given item is incredible! The largest I’ve seen. At IKEA, you always get more bang for your buck. The quality of the products for the price is so worth it. Our family still have furniture we purchased over eight years ago. The store team members are professional and the customer service is both approachable and friendly. Worst delivery service by far. Forget to put all the parts on the truck then takes over a week to get the rest of the parts. Ikea SUCKS!!!!. On the phone for hours trying to solve the issue and still can't get my issue resolved. HATE HATE HATE Ikea!!!

I used to love this place but we bought a bathroom vanity and wanted to change the color. We didn’t have a receipt but just wanted an even exchange. They would only let has have the sale price so we we’re shorted $100 dollars! We just wanted the exact same thing in a different color the boxes were unopened but no they would not do an even exchange. Customer service is nonexistent

I have to admit I felt I was taking a chance placing a large order after reading some of the comments. I did and it was fine until the day of the delivery. I was to receive 52 pieces and received 46. The delivery man told me I was missing 6 pieces and was told the warehouse called him to come back to the warehouse and pick up the order and he told them he wasn't coming back!!!! The furniture is sturdy and some are versatile. I love some of the oddities they carry. I can go into this store for hours and just look around. Your home will be so GLAMOROUS and functional at the same time if you shop here. The prices are so reasonable you will be shocked. The have everything you need for your home including the kitchen sink. I LOVE THIS STORE! The experience is different everytime I go. I live 4 hours away and I still love to come and browse.

This is really cheap Chinese wares that lack quality and NOT Scandinavian as advertised. Similar to other big box stores, customer service really is severely lacking. A combination of inept staff and ineffective management creates a horrible customer experience. There is no sense of pride or commitment by IKEA staff or management towards anyone who walks into their stores.

Bring your walking shoes. You never know what you will find at Ikea. But you have to do a lot of walking to find whatever it is. No real easy way in and out but surprises always await. The food isn't to bad either.
