Worst customer experience ever! Took two weeks to deliver my furniture. Eventually had to go and pick it up myself after waiting three hours. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again IKEA. NEVER!
The good: Swedish meatballs, chocolate cake, elderflower juicebox, the free shuttle that goes from the store to the F/G at Smith & 9th. The bad: always terribly crowded; prepare to queue endlessly.
Worst, but you gotta.

this ikea is hell. at least home delivery to brooklyn is $59 flat..
Be ready for a long waiting on the cashier ... Terrible
You can find anything o but here for your home except for clothes!! Their hot dogs and frozen yogurt are also very yummy!!
Returns and exchanges counter: worse than the USPS' counters. Slow, inefficient. No customer service. People wait for hours.
