Worst customer service i've ever experienced anywhere, ridiculous waiting times, and people who don't seem to care if you're there or not... terrible experience overall.
Still one of the only places to get affordable furniture in this city, although you have to run the gauntlet that is Ikea. Don't get anything delivered, just use a cab service.
