yuck! wanna file your taxes get your refund fast well this is not the place to go. they are slow, unprofessional and their location is yet to be desired. the tax accountant is knowledgeable however his office staff and the setting is yet to be desired. its sorta a sweat box here, and makes it really uncomfortable to do business. they are so unprofessional and very hard to communicate with which is not the way you want to file your taxes.
Just satisfactory I would not recommend this service. Ike is very knowledgeable about taxes and accounting, however his staff which is the first people you talk to is unprofessional and can often be rude. The possiblity of getting information you might need is very challenging because all calls need to pass through to Ike. He is centrally located in Los Angeles, and it's very easy to get in and out of this establishment, parking is not free so take coins for the meter.
