Really good doctor. Cares about his patients and answers all your questions.
Prompt and courteous check-in. I came in already being diagnosed with acute appendicitis and my waiting time was minimal was in the room in 15 min. I am bad with remembering names but all the staff that was there that night in Novant ER Huntersville after 8 was amazing and Dr. Bhasin was excellent. Went over my symptoms, did my exam, then explained how the surgery was going to be done. His bedside manner is extraordinary you can't find that nowadays. Dr. Bhasin is a great surgeon. Took the time out to explain the procedure. The day of the surgery all went well.
I had a situation happen that I needed a scan done on my repaired hernia and I asked to speak with the doctor... and he is choosing not to speak with me and I strongly believe that is VERY unprofessional and as a person in that line of work when a patient is requesting to speak with you ,you should step up and answer any questions before making me drive 40min to see you and having to pay a copay of $20 it is ridiculous!!! You get paid big money to help me and you work FOR me not the other way around!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Bhasin was personable, relatable, respectful and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend!
