Never had any problems with this company. It is all automatic. I do not have to worry about it or call for emergency delivery. The delivery guy is friendly too.
It’s a small miracle this organization is still in business. From their untrained and clueless off shore customer service organization to the local “National” Account Manager it’s one of the worst run businesses I’ve interacted with. Now I find out a delivery was made to the wrong house on the block. It’s a never ending circus with these people.
Horrible predatory business that takes advantage of elderly people. They failed to notify my mom that there would be nearly a 500 dollar fee to remove a tank. Then, they didn't send us an initial invoice until it was over 90 days past due. They then claimed that they sent out an invoice and refused to help. The 'manager' hung up on us. Terrible horrible business, don't use their services. They are a predatory business with absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
