Huge thanks to the team at Ikad Mechanical. We were in a tough spot: super-low temperatures, the day of a big storm, and our furnace completely quit. I expected a long wait given how busy every HVAC company must have been (one could not respond at all), but Ikad stepped up. They were out the door and had a new unit installed in record time - the next day!. The technicians were respectful, professional, and kept us informed the whole way. It’s rare to find this level of service on such short notice.
