The team is always responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is complete! Service is always professional and patient, and answer all our questions.
My AC stopped working few days ago during the heat wave. I connecte with IKAD and spoke to Ahmad. He promptly arranged for the replacement parts from the AC manufacturer and came to fix as soon as he receivd the parts. The repair turned out to be more tedius than anticipated that too in 37C hot sun. He along with his partner spent hours fixing the AC. And they did not charge for the extra time spent. I appreciate the professionalism and concern shown to the customer. Highly recommended.
