It was a pleasure working with Ahmed! His communication and timely responses were truly appreciated. He provided me a window between 1-2pm and showed up on 1pm. He assessing the AC Unit to find the problem and fix it. He was finished by 1:30pm. I would recommend IKAD and Ahmed to my family and friends.

Technicians are the worse and the owner even worse than all False diagnosis and they don't have the knowledge ,they focus on your money ,replace parts working fine to get your money .
